Our webinars are offered quarterly. Use this as an opportunity to participate as a team or individually. You will be able to connect to the audio portion using VoIP or a telephone.

How do you improve the IT experience of 50,000 students, 3,100 faculty, and 16,000 employees across 18 schools and colleges, 25 study away sites, and three campuses in New York City, Abu Dhabi, and Shanghai? Find out how New York University developed a more holistic and coordinated approach to IT across all of NYU’s schools and locations by creating TorchTech, a volunteer-led IT community for NYU’s IT professionals. The community is self-organized, based on the needs of the community, and cuts across hierarchy and administrative departments and schools.

Evan SilbermanEvan Silberman is the 2014 Campus Technology Innovator of the Year in Leadership, Governance, and Policy, and the Assistant Director of Information Technology at the New York University Silver School of Social Work. He is also chair of the NYU Chief Information Officers Council. Evan was recently awarded the prestigious NYU Give-A-Violet Award, and nominated for the NYU Team Achievement Award.
