Join peers, leaders, and rising stars in higher‑ed IT for three days of practical learning, collaboration, and networking focused on end‑user support and technology services.
Who Should Attend
If you work in help desks, end user and lab support, classroom technology, documentation, training, or IT leadership in colleges or universities—this conference is for you.
What You’ll Experience
- Hands‑on sessions on emerging tools, best practices, and innovative support models
- Inspiring keynote talks and expert panels that tackle real-world IT challenges
- Interactive workshops to build skills you can use immediately
- Engaging networking with peers—from front-line staff to CIOs
- Peer‑reviewed presentations and papers in ACM format, archived in the Digital Library
Presenters at this conference publish an abstract of their talk. Optionally they may also write a 2-6 page professional paper in ACM publication format that will be published in the ACM Digital Library. Join SIGUCCS to obtain access to the ACM Digital Library to view an archive of papers presented during past conferences.
Ongoing communication to allow networking in between conferences is available through a discussion list, Slack community, and the SIGUCCS online community. SIGUCCS webinars are also a great way to “stay connected” between conferences and experience some of the opportunities that are provided through the conferences.
