Your support in staying at the SIGUCCS contracted hotel helps keep the conference costs down, which directly affects your registration fees. SIGUCCS contracts for the best possible room rates for its events and is required to guarantee a predetermined number of sleeping rooms. If the organization does not meet the contracted room block, the hotel can charge an attrition fee, which will result in higher registration fees at future conferences. Therefore, we encourage you to book your room through our block at the conference hotel.

Wednesday the 9th is completely sold out at the hotel.
When selecting the link below if it doesn’t show available rooms at the conference rate, change the check-out date to not include Wednesday. We are recommending you check out on the 9th and get a hotel near the airport. If you have difficulties with any night of your hotel stay other than Wednesday the 9th, please make a partial reservation and send your confirmation number along with details of your difficulties to siguccs2025@docs.siguccs.org
Reservation will require a credit card to guarantee the room which will not be charged until you check-in or late cancellation (72 hours).

Fly into Denver International Airport (DEN). Getting from Denver International Airport to downtown Denver is easy
- Train to union station- 45 min ($10)
- Union station is about a mile from the hotel, you can take the free 16th street MallRide shuttle (Champa/Stout Street stop) to within 2 blocks from the hotel.
- Uber – 45 min (~$60)
- Other shuttles and taxis are also available.
Be Aware 16th Street is under construction – this is the main pedestrian and free mall ride shuttle.
