ACM Open Access Publishing

ACM has moved to an open access publishing model starting 2025. This means that certain publications require a fee (APC -Article Publishing Charge) to be published. If your institution is a member of OpenACM then your fee is already covered. Publications in the following categories are APC-eligible and would be subject to the author paying the APC upon publication.

  • Research Article (5+ pages)
  • Short Paper (less than 5 pages)

Publication in the following categories are not APC-eligible and would not be subject to the APC fee.
