A one night room & tax deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, the resort kindly asks that you do not change your form of payment, as it will not update on the reservation.
Online Check-In and Planning for your Stay!
Once you register online, there are a multitude of tools available that will really enhance your trip. Purchase special price theme park tickets in advance. Plan your visit in advance and streamline the check-in process with the My Disney Experience planning site which makes it easy to set up online check-in, customize magic bands, make dining reservations, access your plans and park information on the go and more!
Transportation
Disney’s Magical Express
Disney’s Magical Express is the luggage delivery service and complimentary transportation from Orlando International Airport to Coronado Springs Resort. To make reservations, visit https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/airport-transportation-reservation/?groups=y or call (407) 827-6777 with your flight information about 48 hours after you have made your hotel reservation.
Walt Disney Bus Service
Complimentary bus transportation to and from all Disney theme parks and water parks is available. Buses also run to Disney Springs area and Disney′s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course. The main bus stop at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is located in front of the El Centro building. Three additional stops shuttle Guests between the Casitas, Ranchos and Cabanas suites.
