After a short break, choose from three engaging sessions. Learn how collaboration can enhance student worker growth and elevate their role within IT teams. Explore the transition from on-premise network share drives to SharePoint, gaining insights into challenges, benefits, and best practices. Or, dive into the concept of an “unofficial” Project Management Office, discovering how informal structures can still drive successful project outcomes. Each session offers valuable takeaways for improving IT operations and workforce development.
Lightning Talks

Lightning Talks are a fast-paced, fun highlight of the conference, where presenters have just seven minutes to share big ideas, quick insights, or thought-provoking topics. Whether it’s a success story, a lesson learned, or a creative take on IT in higher ed, these short talks pack a punch! Don’t blink—these talks move fast, and you won’t want to miss a moment!
The session will wrap up with an exciting launch of next year’s conference, giving you a sneak peek at what’s ahead.
Evening Reception

Continue the conference conversations at the evening reception before heading to dinner.
