SIGUCCS Conferences

ACM SIGUCCS sponsors an annual conference each fall (October or November). This event starts with a Management Symposium and is followed by a Service and Support Conference.

The Management Symposium provides a place for IT leaders and future leaders from colleges and universities to gather and address current challenges facing them and their institutions.

Professionals involved in end-user information technology support gather at the Service and Support Conference to discuss and learn about supporting and delivering services to the educational community. Presenters at this conference publish & present a professional paper. Join SIGUCCS to obtain access to the ACM Digital Library to view an archive of papers presented during the Service and Support Conference.

Ongoing communication to allow networking in between conferences is available through two discussion lists and the SIGUCCS online community. SIGUCCS webinars are also a great way to "stay connected" between conferences and experience some of the opportunities that are provided through the conferences.
